UNSW volunteer testers — SCDO products & games
Ying Zhang (UNSW student, z5807640) needs campus volunteers for real-person testing of SCDO products and games — find bugs we miss in-house, and report them. Accepted work earns SCDO + a receipt.
Identity: your UNSW student email is the check for this round (reply from that address or on Moodle). Never send seed phrases or private keys.
Goal
- Our products still lack enough real-person testing — many bugs we cannot find ourselves.
- Test our products and games (wallet, Agent Ledger, mining, games, x402 pay flow) like a new user would.
- Find bugs and report them in plain words we can re-run.
- Earn SCDO rewards + receipt when the report is accepted.
Workflow — clearance gates (covers every public product)
Finish G0–G7 in order. G3 is soft if you have no GPU (browser digger counts). Prize needs every hard gate green. SoftCenter / Linux daemon are bonus only.

Result (hard gates — all must pass for SCDO prize)
- G0 UNSW student email identity.
- G1 SCDO Wallet installed (address proof, no seed).
- G2 SCDO send or receive tx.
- G3 Mining or browser digger (soft if no GPU — digger counts).
- G4 Agent listed + recent heartbeat.
- G5 x402 settle from your prepaid Base address, ≤0.01 USDC, official URL only.
- G6 One free game + one wallet-touched game surface.
- G7 Clear bug report or clean pass note (email preferred).
Reward
- Prepaid 0.01 USDC = x402 test fee only (accepted volunteer with student email). Invited friends do not get it.
- Prize: after accept, we pay SCDO + send a receipt (amount confirmed on accept). Valid bugs also get SCDO + receipt.
- Top volunteers: strong, reliable testers may be invited to join the SCDO team and can receive equity / options (terms discussed case by case).
- Any hard gate above not green → no SCDO prize.
Rules
- Public surfaces only. No social engineering, no targeting other users’ funds, no illegal content.
- Never send seed phrases or private keys.
- Official x402 URL only for this campus round (above).
