驗證轉帳Verification transfer
- 選擇網絡，從您的錢包轉帳 1 USDT（Base 網絡為 1 USDC）至下方庫房地址。
- 填寫交易哈希及電郵。
- 按「核實」：伺服器在鏈上核對轉帳，並讀取發送錢包在該網絡的餘額，須持有不少於 1,000,000 USDT（Base 為 USDC），否則不予通過。
- Choose a network and send 1 USDT (1 USDC on Base) from your wallet to the treasury address below.
- Enter the transaction hash and your email.
- Press Verify: our server confirms the transfer on-chain and reads the sending wallet's balance on that network. It must hold at least 1,000,000 USDT (USDC on Base); otherwise it is not qualified.

以 x402 核實（Base USDC）Verify with x402 (USDC on Base)
One step from a browser wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rabby). You sign an EIP-3009 authorisation for 1 USDC on Base to the treasury 0xb89f05C5A65DDEe46ae9644Fa7565449D3C9f8d4. Our server first checks the signature and that the signing wallet holds at least 1,000,000 USDC on Base. Only if it qualifies is the 1 USDC settled; if not, nothing is charged. No gas needed.
以瀏覽器錢包（MetaMask、Coinbase Wallet、Rabby）一步完成：簽署 EIP-3009 授權，於 Base 網絡向庫房轉 1 USDC。伺服器先核對簽名及簽署錢包在 Base 上持有不少於 1,000,000 USDC；只有通過時才結算 1 USDC，未通過則不收費，無需 Gas。
Agents and scripts: GET /ir-api/x402 returns HTTP 402 with x402 v2 payment requirements (header PAYMENT-REQUIRED); retry with a PAYMENT-SIGNATURE header. Testnet: /ir-api/x402?network=base-sepolia.
投資者開戶（KYB / EDD）Investor onboarding (KYB / EDD)
After gate 0 (the verification transfer or x402 check above), complete identity and due-diligence onboarding. One flow covers every funding currency: USDC, USDT, USD and AUD. Fiat (USD/AUD): bank transfer details are issued only after approval; the treasury does not accept fiat yet. Steps: applicant type, entity documents, beneficial owners, identity of each director/owner, authorised-representative letter, source of funds and wealth, AML questionnaire, declarations.
