These Terms govern your use of the SCDO Wallet mobile app (package io.scdoscan.wallet) and related services ("Wallet"), provided by 9Y9 PTY LTD (trading as SCDO Laboratory), ACN 600 445 118, Melbourne, Australia ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Wallet you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Wallet.
1. Non-custodial wallet
The Wallet is self-custody software. Your private keys and recovery phrase are generated and stored only on your device. We never receive, hold or control your keys, recovery phrase or digital assets, and we cannot access, freeze, move or recover them.
2. Your responsibilities
- You alone are responsible for keeping your recovery phrase, PIN and device secure. Anyone with your recovery phrase can control your assets.
- If you lose your recovery phrase, we cannot restore your wallet or assets.
- You are responsible for checking every address, amount and network before you confirm a transaction.
- You must use the Wallet lawfully and must not use it for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or any other unlawful purpose.
3. Blockchain transactions
Transactions are broadcast to public blockchain networks that we do not control. Once confirmed, transactions are final and irreversible. We cannot cancel, reverse or refund them. Network fees are set by the network and are not refundable.
4. No financial advice, no returns
The Wallet is a software tool only. Nothing in the Wallet or on our websites is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We make no promise of any profit, yield, return or value for any digital asset, including SCDO. Digital assets are volatile and you may lose all of their value.
5. Third-party networks and services
The Wallet may connect to blockchain nodes, explorers (such as scdoscan.io) or other third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Wallet is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss of digital assets, data, profits or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Wallet. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the Wallet and these Terms at any time. The current version is published at https://scdoscan.io/terms/. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Wallet at any time by uninstalling it; your assets remain on the blockchain and can be accessed with your recovery phrase in any compatible wallet.
8. Privacy
We do not collect your keys or recovery phrase. See our Privacy Policy at https://scdoscan.io/privacy/ for how any other information is handled.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

1. 非託管錢包
錢包是由你自行保管資產的軟體。你的私鑰和助記詞只在你的裝置上產生和儲存。我們從不接收、持有或控制你的金鑰、助記詞或數位資產，也無法存取、凍結、轉移或找回它們。
2. 你的責任
- 妥善保管你的助記詞、PIN 碼和裝置，是你個人獨自承擔的責任。任何取得你助記詞的人，都能控制你的資產。
- 如果你遺失助記詞，我們無法恢復你的錢包或資產。
- 在確認任何交易之前，你有責任核對每一個地址、金額和網路。
- 你必須合法使用錢包，不得將其用於洗錢、資助恐怖主義、規避制裁、詐欺或任何其他非法目的。
3. 區塊鏈交易
交易會廣播到我們無法控制的公共區塊鏈網路。交易一經確認，即為最終且不可逆轉。我們無法取消、撤回交易或退款。網路手續費由網路決定，且不予退還。
4. 不提供財務建議，不承諾回報
錢包僅是一個軟體工具。錢包或我們網站上的任何內容，均不構成財務、投資、稅務或法律建議。我們不對任何數位資產（包括 SCDO）的任何利潤、收益、回報或價值作出承諾。數位資產價格波動大，你可能損失其全部價值。
5. 第三方網路與服務
錢包可能會連接到區塊鏈節點、區塊瀏覽器（例如 scdoscan.io）或其他第三方服務。我們不對其可用性、準確性或行為負責。
6. 免責聲明與責任限制
錢包按「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們排除所有保證，並且對因你使用錢包而產生的任何數位資產、資料或利潤損失，或任何間接或衍生性損失，概不負責。本條款的任何內容，均不排除、限制或修改你依《澳洲消費者法》享有且依法不得排除的任何權利或救濟。若我們的責任不能排除但可以限制，則限於重新提供該服務。
7. 變更與終止
我們可隨時更新錢包及本條款。現行版本發布於 https://scdoscan.io/terms/。變更後繼續使用，即表示你接受更新後的條款。你可隨時解除安裝錢包以停止使用；你的資產仍保留在區塊鏈上，可在任何相容的錢包中以助記詞存取。
