How to request a refund of an SCDO Laboratory membership payment.如何為 SCDO 實驗室會員付款申請退款。

1. Request a refund on Telegram

  1. Find the transaction hash of your membership payment (starts with 0x, 66 characters). Search your paying address on SCDO Scan and open the payment you sent to the SCDO Laboratory Treasury.
  2. Send a private message to @SCDOHelpBot on Telegram:
    /refund <transaction hash>
  3. Send it from the same Telegram account you used to verify the payment with @SCDOHelpBot. The assistant replies to confirm that your request has been recorded.

If the assistant says the payment is not recorded yet, first send /verify <transaction hash> to @SCDOHelpBot in a private chat (it does not verify payments in groups), then send /refund again, or use email below.

2. Or request a refund by email

Email admin@apeccapital.org and include:

  • the transaction hash of your payment;
  • the address you paid from;
  • how to reach you (Telegram username or email).

What happens next

  • Every request is reviewed.
  • Once approved, the refund is sent on-chain in SCDO to the original address the payment came from (network: SCDO Shard0 EVM, chainId 5680). It is never sent to a different address.
  • When the refund has been sent, @SCDOHelpBot messages you with the transaction link. Email requests get an email reply.
  • Each payment can be refunded once.
  • You can check the refund yourself at any time by opening your paying address on SCDO Scan.

Stay safe

  • We will never ask for your private key, recovery phrase or wallet password, and you never have to pay anything to get a refund.
  • Refunds are handled only through @SCDOHelpBot and admin@apeccapital.org. Anyone else who messages you offering a refund is not us.

1. 在 Telegram 申請退款

  1. 找到你會員付款的交易哈希（0x 開頭，共 66 個字元）。在 SCDO Scan 搜尋你的付款地址，打開付給 SCDO 實驗室金庫的那一筆付款。
  2. 在 Telegram 私訊 @SCDOHelpBot，發送：
    /refund 交易哈希
  3. 請用當初在 @SCDOHelpBot 驗證這筆付款的同一個 Telegram 帳號發送。助手會回覆，確認你的申請已經登記。

如果助手回覆這筆付款還沒有登記，請先在與 @SCDOHelpBot 的私訊中發送 /verify 交易哈希（在群組裡不會驗證付款），再發送一次 /refund；也可以改用下面的電子郵件。

2. 或用電子郵件申請退款

寄信到 admin@apeccapital.org，寫明：

  • 付款的交易哈希；
  • 你付款用的地址；
  • 聯絡方式（Telegram 用戶名或電子郵件）。

接下來

  • 每一個申請都會經過審核。
  • 審核通過後，退款會以 SCDO 在鏈上付回這筆付款原本的付款地址（網路：SCDO Shard0 EVM，鏈編號 5680），不會付到其他地址。
  • 退款付出後，@SCDOHelpBot 會私訊通知你，並附上交易連結；電子郵件申請會收到電子郵件回覆。
  • 每一筆付款只能退款一次。
  • 你隨時可以在 SCDO Scan 打開自己的付款地址，自行核對退款。

安全提示

  • 我們絕不會向你索取私鑰、助記詞或錢包密碼，退款也不需要你先付任何費用。
  • 退款只通過 @SCDOHelpBot 和 admin@apeccapital.org 辦理。其他私訊你、說可以幫你退款的人都不是我們。
