SCDO Agent Ledger for developers

1. EVM compatible — low migration cost
SCDO Shard0 is an EVM shard (chainId 5680). Solidity contracts and familiar tooling stay reusable:

x402 is HTTP 402 native stablecoin micropayments. SCDO wires it as the agent pay-per-use rail (~0.01 USDC default on the public SKU).
